Hi, I'm Jack!

I am retired from concurrent careers as a law enforcement officer (27 years) and mobile intensive care paramedic (35 years) in South Jersey. In addition to those careers I am a licensed Master of Sail, Power and Towing Vessels, a SCUBA diver and avid fan/coach/dad of hockey. I am married with 3 children, 2 daughters in their 30's and one son in his early 20's. I was born in South Philadelphia and spent the majority of my life and all of my careers in New Jersey, around 15 minutes outside of the City. My love of all things coastal was ingrained in me from the time I was a child at the Jersey Shore (not the one from TV!!!) in Wildwood and Margate. I also teach emergency management courses and do some freelance consulting related to law enforcement, emergency medical services and emergency management.

I was inspired to enter into my third career by my buyer and seller agents during my relocation to South Padre Island.  I use those traits as the example for providing exceptional and dedicated client services from the moment we meet to long after the completion of your sale or purchase.  Whether it is your first, vacation or your retirement home, I will work diligently to make your dream come true.

In addition, I understand what it is like to retire from jobs that become a huge part of your being as well as the impact of leaving everything you know and love behind to start a new era in your life. I would like to use my experience help people approaching retirement, especially from high-stress careers, enjoy a laid-back lifestyle in a retiree-friendly and affordable area. I am also happy to assist those looking to relocate long distance to navigate the process.
